The 'Phase' indicator

This tutorial will cover how to use the 'Phase' indicator inside 'Template' v11.

 

 

 

The 'Phase' indicator colors the candles indicating each different phase.

•Light Blue = Uptrend
•Red = Downtrend
•Other colors = No trend (Pullbacks, Consolidation, ...)

'Phase' used to be a separate indicator. It is now incorporated into the latest version of the 'Template'.

Access the 'Template' settings and from the 'Paint Bar' dropdown, select 'Phase'.

Here, the settings are 'Mode: None', 'Market Pulse: Hide' on a 'Black Background'.

Here is 'Phase' 'Paint Bar' combined with the settings 'Mode: Momentum' + 'Market Pulse: Filter Out Equilibrium' + 'Steepness Background' on a 'Black Background'.
