Tutorial 40
This tutorial will cover how to compare crypto currencies.
Add 'Compare Crypto' to your cryptocurrency chart.
Compare and monitor the performance of 19 cryptocurrencies.
Each colored line represents the performance of a crypto compared to its previous bar performance.
• Moving up = Gaining value.
• Moving down = Losing value
• Above zero = Up trend.
• Below zero = Down trend.
Blue background = More cryptos are above zero (trending up). Brighter is the blue = More up.
Red background = More cryptos are below zero (trending down). Brighter is the red = More down.
(The background filter can be set otherwise.)
Let's zoom in.
By zooming further in, we see labels identifying each colored line.
Select 'Strongest' to quickly see the strongest cryptos. (Optionally check 'Area Style'.)
Modify the list. Check and/or uncheck cryptos. Here we focus on 7.
Only 7 cryptos are now compared instead of 19. This is a M5 chart.
So, let's now take a look at the charts of these 7 cryptos.
Here's a 8-panel grid. All M5 charts. (Zoom: 120 bars = 10 hours).
First panel (top left corner) shows 'Compare Crypto' + 'Crypto Board' monitoring our 19 pairs.
The other 7 panels of the grid display differents cryptos with 'Template (+ Steepness background)' and 'Angle'.
Same M5 charts. 4 hours later.
Same 7 cryptos, same day&time, but on longer term charts. These are all H6 charts. (Zoom: 180 bars = 45 days)
White boxes are our bull trades on the H6. Profit or breakeven. No loss. Despite the 1-year-long bear market.
Update:
Same H6 charts. 20 days (80 bars) later. (Zoom: 240 bars = 60 days)
Here is what the H1 looks like (same day&time, but on a faster timeframe). (Zoom: 150 bars = 6 days)
(The momentum is increasing)
Update:
H6 charts. 6 bars later.
The H1 (same day&time).
Update:
H6 charts. 16 days (67 bars) later.
